Tracy Atfield
I’m on a journey. A journey, maybe like you, to live out of my potential. I’ve tried living out of the expectations of others or the limits I’ve put on myself. Not surprisingly, that didn’t work. There is a much better way, and I get to enjoy it! The thing that gets me up in the morning is helping people grow in their leadership and influence.
The most important roles I have are that I’m a wife to Cliff and mom to two adult kids. My work experience includes a Big 4 Accounting firm, Controller of a software company, various ministry positions, and consulting around strategy and organizational health. So, needless to say, I’ve had a variety of work and leadership experiences which helps me relate many types of people.
I’ve been told I have a “super power” of asking thought provoking questions that get to the heart of a matter. I believe we are created to live a full life. I don’t mean a busy life. I mean a full life in where you live out of your potential, following your purpose for being on this earth. You can’t separate your personal life and story from your professional leadership, so my approach is to integrate the two.

Cliff Atfield
Cliff focuses on the various facets of team and individual coaching with an emphasis on organizational health. As both a team leader and consultant Cliff has worked to practically apply models from The Table Group for more than 15 years.
Before working as a Pastor at North Point Ministries and as the Director of Network Expansion & Business Operations for the Irresistible Church Network, Cliff was a Management and Technology Consultant with Accenture. As a Partner with the consultancy, he led the SAP practice for Accenture’s Communications and High Tech industry group for North America.
